Ryan showed up on time for the install. I can’t speak to the work that was done as the second pro did not show up to help with the install so the TV is still sitting in the box on the floor. Ryan was courteous and professional when he was here. I am not impressed with Handy’s ability to get things done as scheduled. I will not be using Handy’s for future projects as they are very unreliable.
