Aleksandr was upfront about the poor quality of the free TV mount that came with the TV and showed it to me. He then recommended a reliable mount from Walmart that he has installed multiple times. He purchased the mount (I reimbursed him for it) and installed my TV. Because my installation involved uneven stone rather than just drywall, I paid Aleksandr an additional $150.
