My job was scheduled for 1 person to install a 98”. Jesse realized the issue promptly and advised me on what steps were required to schedule a rebooking as soon as next day. Still no TV on the wall, but not the fault of the pro. Instead, he provided great customer service in the interim. I look forward to seeing him tomorrow and getting this TV mounted.
