Good job!

Chris came 10 minutes early for a booking to install our new bathroom exhaust fan. Unfortunately, I didn't check the measurements prior to purchasing and the new fan was wider and deeper than the previous one. What I appreciated was that he didn't just proceed with work. He assessed the situation, then was clear and direct about the issue and our options. He gave us the measurements to find the appropriate fan for us in the future and said we could confirm with him before we purchased to be sure, we were good to go the next time. One point of feedback, there was some debris and drywall on the sink and floor from taking down and reinstalling the initial fan and I would have liked for him to clean that up before leaving, but that’s a small and easy fix. He ended up not doing an install today, but we will rebook him in the future.
