Andrii made phone call before arriving and asking me sending location map to help him find this new building. That's a good way to communicate. He brought the full set of tools needed. He started from openning the TV and Mount boxes to complete measuring，installing the mount，TV and the small sound bar。He followed very well with my preference on the exact TV location. Apparently he is well experienced with his job.
